It's easy!  All you have to do is create a Free User Account.  You may do so through the REGISTER button at the top right of each page. Charities are registered once proof of charity status has been obtained and their online registration has been processed.

If you are under the age of 18 years old you must have consent from a parent or guardian to register for a Free User Account on lovemycharity.com™.

1. Can I suggest a Charity?

Yes, please do! Simply click on the Suggest a Charity button located at the top of each page on the main navigation bar. Suggesting a Charity might be one of the biggest gifts you give to the Charity you love.

2. Are there any fees to join the lovemycharity.comô website?

No. We are a 100% transaction fee free website. There are no fees to Buy or Sell on the lovemycharity.com™ website. However we do ask that you make a minimum donation of 10% or $2, which ever is greater, to the Charity of your choice.

3. How do I know I will receive my purchased product?

Yes.  We make every effort to ensure the item you purchase arrives through the security of PayPal, a globally trusted source for online shopping.

4. Is lovemycharity.comô a Charity?

No.  Presently lovemycharity.com™ is a for-profit business with a non-profit mission. Plans to establish the lovemycharity "non-profit" foundation are being implemented. 

5. How does lovemycharity.comô support its operations?

Lovemycharity.com™ receives 12% of the each donation made to participating Charities.

6. How does lovemycharity.comô use the 12% it receives from donations?

It covers the cost of developement, operations, and marketing of the lovemycharity.com™ brand.

Click on the Charities button located at the top of each page located the main navigation bar.

8. What if my product arrives damaged?

Please contact the seller directly. In an effort to prevent any issues, we suggest you take advantage of PayPal's Insurance options for any item purchased.

9. Is lovemycharity.comô available in other languages?

No. Not just yet.

10. What if the seller misrepresents a product?

The seller is responsible for a full refund of the purchase price, including any shipping costs via PayPal transaction policies.

11. Do I need any special software?

No. Special software is not required for any lovemycharity.com transactions.

12. Who pays for shipping?

Unless otherwise noted or mutually agreed upon, the buyer pays for shipping.

13. Are sellers rated on lovemycharity.comô?

No. All sellers have a profile that allows users to post reviews and comments about sales transactions.

Yes. You need to Register for a free User Account to ensure each transaction is properly executed from purchase to shipment and arrival.

1. How does a Charity get started?

It's easy!  All you have to do is click on the pink REGISTER button found at the upper right of each page or click on the Charity Sign Up button on main navigation.

2. What does it cost to Register with lovemycharity.comô?

There is a one time Registration fee of $100 for the use of the lovemycharity.com™ brand, website, marketing tools, Live Auctions, and more.

3. How does lovemycharity.comô use the 12% it receives from donations?

It covers the cost of developement, operations, and marketing of the lovemycharity.com™ brand.

4. How are Charities approved?

All Charities that have a tax exempt status are approved immediatly once the online Registration is completed, lovemycharity.com™ receives a signed copy of their fundraising agreement and a copy of their 501(c)3 letter from the IRS.

5. How do Charities benefit from lovemycharity.comô?

The benefits from utilizing lovemycharity.com:

Yes.  Registration is required if you wish to buy and/or sell on lovemycharity.com™.

No. Registration and buying product on lovemycharity.com™ is absolutely Free. You only pay the cost of the product you purchase.

2. How will I know when my product is shipped?

You will be notified by an email from lovemycharity.com™ once the Seller updates the shipping information in their User Account.

3. How do get a receipt once I purchase product on lovemycharity.comô?

You will receive two receipts via email, one from Paypal and one from lovemycharity.com™.

4. What do I do if I don't receive my product?

First, try contacting the Seller. If that does not work you always have the security of Paypal and can contact them directly at 1-888-221-1161.

No!  lovemycharity.com™ is 100% transaction fee free to Buyers and Sellers!  Standard Paypal rates do apply when you are receiving funds from the sale of your product.             

2. What is required to sell products on lovemycharity.comô?

You will need a Paypal account to receive funds from the purchase of your product. You will also need a Credit/Debit Card to process your Donation.

3. What documentation do I receive to verify my tax deduction?

You can print a list of your donations from the Donation Tracker located in your User Account.  Additionally, a donation receipt will be emailed to you on behalf of the Charity provided by lovemycharity.com™.

4. Are any items prohibited from being sold on lovemycharity.comô?

Yes.  Please refer to and review the Terms and Conditions of our User Agreements.

5. How will I know when one of my products has sold on lovemycharity.comô?

You will receive an email notification from lovemycharity.com™ and be sent a receipt from Paypal confirming the transaction has been processed.

6. When does my posting expire and can I renew it?

Postings do not expire.  If you find your product hasn't sold, we suggest lowering your sales price or providing a better or multiple photos.

7. Is my posting removed automatically when I have sold my product?

Yes. Once the transaction is complete, your posting will be automatically deleted.  The details of the transaction will be saved in your User Account.

1. What security is in place to make lovemycharity.comô a safe place to buy, sell, and donate?

lovemycharity.com™ takes security very seriously. Anytime someone is doing something questionable on the website, feel free to report them by using the "Report Abuse" button on the product page. Every report is investigated and appropriate action is taken as soon as possible.

1. How do Live Auctions work?

A Charity lists products in the Live Auctions and notifies their constituents. Everyone can participate in the bidding of any product in the Live Auctions

2. What is the minimum bid?

At least one dollar more than the current bid or reserve price.

3. When will my product ship?

Once the auction closes on your product and the payment has been received your product will be shipped.

4. What if I do not receive my product?

5. Is there a fee to use the Live Auctions?

There are no fees as a buyer. The Charity is charged a minimal fee only when items sell through lovemycharity.com™.

6. Is there a Buy Now feature?

Yes. All Charities have the ability to include a Buy Now option to any item they list.

7. How long do Live Auctions run?

Every product listed in the Live Auctions runs for as long as the listing Charity specifies.
