THE GIP FOUNDATION, INC. is a non-profit organization who has a mission to uplift, empower, teach, and support at risk female adults, teens, and children so that they can become emotionally, physically, and financially self-reliant in order to become mindful contributors to their communities and to promote these activities of the corporation throughout the communities where it will operate.

Girls in Power (“GIP”) is a program dedicated to providing innovative hands-on programs, guiding tweens and teens through a loving, inspiring and supportive environment so they realize their full potential. GIP provides programs to the Greater-LA and Ventura under-served communities, at-risk and all girls with a roadmap for success throughout their lives...No Girl is left behind.
This program is building thoughtful purpose driven leaders in our community. Girls learn skills to build their circle of influence, tools to navigate goal setting and the skills to handle challenges which occur on the “goal path” as well as the tools to effectively communicate. They learn to come from a place of empathy and compassion, a Servants Heart as well as having an opportunity to connect with their passion. Girls learn skills to give them the option to Mentor and Peer Role Model to younger girls through our other programs we offer. This program is packed with informative and relative tools, whereby girls learn to RISE UP from every day hurdles and support each other, through SISTERHOOD. Girls become supportive of their peers and they feel strong, capable and confidant to ride the waves of LIFE. GIP Foundation, Inc. provides service credit for youth as well (12 hours) and then if the actively Mentor or Peer Role Model in our other programs, girls can receive additional service hour credit.
GIP offers a Mom and Daughter program in a live and optional "in-home" study format with a virtual study component for the 21st Century learner.
