ICEC

Our mission is to help every child with developmental delays achieve their optimum potential.  This is accomplished by providing therapy and intervention designed for each child's abilities while offering emotional support and training to the entire family.  We work with children aged birth to 6 with developmental disabilities in the Greater Orange County area of Southern California.  ICEC serves over 900 children per year through our early intervention programs including physical, occupational, speech and behavior therapies individually tailored for each child’s needs.  Our programs are parent participation, parents are an integral part of the process of helping to educate and advocate for their children.

ICEC serves children with a variety of special needs including, but not limited to, autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, sensory integration issues, prematurity,  and general deveopmental delays that are undiagnosed.  We offer comprehensive group and individual early intervention services for infants, toddlers and preschoolers.  We offer in-center services in our three Orange County locations as well as in-home programs.
