Valley Self Help Center

Our aim is to restore the lives of those suffering with 
compulsive and addictive behaviors and return
responsible people back to their families and society.

We provide meeting rooms for 12-step and self-help groups,
24-hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

We believe that consistency and social interaction are
the keys to overcoming and changing a person's life.
